Ensure customer service and cost minimization Your Mission: Coordinate reception, warehousing, and picking activities for order preparation, warehouse management, route management, and load planning, as well as manage the distribution and warehouse team, ensuring customer service, cost minimization, and contributing to the development of an integrated Supply Chain process in accordance with Quality, Health, Safety, and Environmental objectives and standards. Reporting To: Regional Warehouse \& Distribution Manager Location: Bombarral Your Responsibilities: * Control allocation of resources related to activities under your responsibility (picking, loading and unloading) and physical warehouse space; * Ensure product storage in the warehouse under safety and hygiene conditions defined by the Company and the Group; * Monitor compliance with delivery schedules defined by the Sales department; * Adhere to scheduled times for truck loading and unloading; * Conduct daily stock counts, as well as monthly and quarterly counts; * Prepare and control seasonal labor budget (internal or temporary staff), based on the sales plan; * Coordinate the Distribution Team in its daily activities, defining resource allocation to required routes; * Ensure route management and load planning using the system adopted by the Company; * Monitor daily traffic management within your area of responsibility; * Ensure service levels by guaranteeing customer deliveries within the defined timeframes; * Implement, monitor, and regularly report KPIs related to logistics efficiency and effectiveness to the team; * Analyze processes and workflows within your area of responsibility to identify opportunities for improvement related to logistics operations. We Want You To Bring: * Bachelor’s degree in a relevant field (preferred); * 1–3 years of relevant professional experience, preferably in FMCG companies; * Experience in team management and in analysis and control of business KPIs; * Professional experience in distribution, warehouse management, and inventory management; * Good user-level computer skills; * Stakeholder management; * Leadership and team management capabilities; * Autonomy and ability to manage priorities; * Possession of legally required documents for employment in Portugal at the time of application (exclusion criterion).
