Integration into a solid and expanding company FLEXSIS, a prestigious brand of INTERIMAN GROUP, is recruiting a Purchasing Technician (M/F) for its end client in the Leiria area, for the retail and wholesale trade of pet products. **Responsibilities** \- Lead and manage the team; \- Direct collaboration with peers; \- Ensure efficient and cost-effective procurement of products, avoiding stockouts while maintaining quality control; \- Periodic market knowledge and analysis: suppliers, customers; \- Manage suppliers (contracts, terms, pricing, and performance), as well as costs, margins, discounts, and price lists; \- Define, develop, execute, and implement improvements in purchasing management processes; \- Monitor inventory levels and product turnover; \- Prepare price lists; \- Ensure correct item management within the ERP system; \- Support internal teams, validate financial reports, and monitor performance indicators, including sell-out; \- Coordinate team work and overall team management (workload, absences, coordination, decision-making). **Requirements** \- Bachelor's degree; \- Minimum 1–3 years of experience in similar roles; \- Proficiency in Office tools, Google Sheets, ERP, and Power BI; \- Fluency in English and Spanish; \- Market knowledge; \- Team leadership skills; \- Empathy, interpersonal communication, flexibility, dynamism, proactivity, adaptability, ambition; \- Effective communication and writing skills; \- Ability to withstand stress and pressure; \- Valid driver's license and personal vehicle; \- Residence in Leiria or neighboring areas. **Offer** \- Direct employment contract with the company; \- On-site work arrangement; \- Remuneration commensurate with demonstrated experience; \- Integration into a solid and rapidly expanding company in the market.
