We are recruiting a Conventional Milling Machine Operator for a prestigious plastic injection company located in Martingança. FUNCTION Select and prepare appropriate tools for each operation; Interpret technical drawings and part specifications; Perform milling, leveling, and drilling operations; Measure and inspect parts using measuring instruments; Adjust machining parameters to ensure precision and quality; Comply with defined technical tolerances for each component; Carry out basic preventive maintenance and equipment cleaning; Comply with quality, safety, and environmental standards; Other tasks inherent to the role. REQUIREMENTS Minimum compulsory education; Minimum 3 years’ experience in similar roles; Knowledge of mold production techniques; Experience operating conventional milling machines; Ability to interpret 2D technical drawings; Sense of responsibility and work rigor; Team spirit and good communication skills; Proactivity and results orientation.
