We require a profile focused on efficiency—capable of negotiating optimal daily terms and rigorously meeting deadlines and budgets. If you possess an analytical mindset and a problem-solving orientation, we want your application. **Work Location:** Lusiaves Group Headquarters, Leiria **Responsibilities:** * **Execute** daily procurement processes for goods and services, strictly adhering to internal requirements and the Group’s procurement policies; * **Actively monitor the market** and evaluate proposals, selecting suppliers that deliver the best cost-to-quality ratio; * **Negotiate assertively** pricing tables, delivery timelines, and supply terms; * **Track orders end-to-end**, demanding and monitoring supplier adherence to agreed deadlines and service levels; * **Coordinate daily** with various departments to provide prompt and accurate responses to their material and service needs; * **Analyze operational KPIs** and monitor costs, proposing immediate measures to reduce expenses and optimize resources; * **Ensure strict documentation compliance** and process conformity within the management system. **Profile Requirements:** * **Proven experience** in operational procurement, supply chain, or direct supplier interaction roles; * **Language skills:** Proficiency in Spanish and English will be valued for external partner communication; * **Computer literacy**, requiring solid Excel knowledge and ease of operation within integrated management systems (ERP); * **Strong negotiation skills**, with the ability to effectively advocate the company’s interests; * **Analytical and detail-oriented profile**, with excellent organizational capacity and resilience under tight deadlines; * **Clear and direct communication**, combined with strong interpersonal skills for team collaboration; * **High sense of responsibility** and autonomy in executing daily tasks.
