Job Summary: We are seeking a Pharmacist to manage and control medications, provide technical support, and collaborate multidisciplinarily within a long-term care unit. Key Highlights: 1. Technical support in the preparation and administration of therapy The UCC LR (Long-Term Care Unit) located in Leiria aims to strengthen its team by hiring a Pharmacist. Main Responsibilities: Management and control of medications and pharmaceutical products; Technical support in the preparation and administration of therapy; Collaboration with the multidisciplinary team to ensure treatment safety and efficacy; Compliance with applicable legal and quality standards in the sector. Requirements: Bachelor’s/Master’s degree in Pharmaceutical Sciences; Valid registration with the Portuguese Pharmaceutical Society; Strong sense of responsibility, organizational skills, and enthusiasm for teamwork; Experience in long-term care units (preferred).
