Job Summary: We are seeking an Activity Coordinator to promote users' social integration and capacity development through the organization and facilitation of creative and communicative activities. Stimulate memory, attention, creativity, and motor skills **Long-Term Care Unit**, based in Leiria, seeks to recruit an Activity Coordinator under a full-time individual employment contract. **Role:** Collaborate in delivering care to users, focusing on promoting social integration, consolidating cultural competencies, and exploring and developing communication, creativity, and initiative-related capacities through the organization, management, and facilitation of activities aimed at meeting users' needs. **Among other responsibilities, the following stand out:** * Welcoming users and collecting initial information regarding their preferences; * Developing and adapting (according to emerging needs) specific and general activity plans; * Creating, developing, and implementing activities, including thematic discussions, board games, cognitive stimulation, relaxation sessions, religious sessions, group dynamics, plastic expression, and musical expression; * Activities must aim to stimulate memory, attention, concentration, creativity, initiative, and motor skills, as well as effectively occupy users' leisure time; * Designing and producing material support for implementing these activities; * Evaluating PII (Individual Intervention Plans) within the scope of animation activities; * Participating in interdisciplinary team meetings of the LTCU. **Requirements:** Bachelor's degree in Socio-Cultural Animation (mandatory); Experience in Long-Term Care Units (*preferred*); Relevant complementary training; Proficiency in computer applications and Microsoft Office tools (*Word*, *Excel*, *PowerPoint*). **Competencies:** Professional ethics; Responsibility; Analytical ability; Autonomy; Empathy; User orientation; Team spirit; Strong communication skills; Type of position: Full-Time, Full-Time/Full\-time
