Support the IT department in network management, technical support, and diagnosing network, hardware, and software issues. Responsibilities: * Technical support * Management of Active Directory, O365, DNS, Firewall, and virtualization tools * Knowledge of security solutions and technologies * Diagnose network, hardware, and software issues * Administration of document management software * Record, update, and maintain technical documentation * Support on matters related to the IT department.
