We are expanding and looking for a creative professional to join our team and visually bring our new developments to life. **Your Responsibilities** * Create and develop logos and visual identities for new real estate developments * Develop marketing materials for construction and real estate development projects (brochures, billboards, presentations, commercial floor plans) * Create visual content for social media and digital campaigns * Plan and manage digital marketing campaigns (Google Ads, Meta Ads, email marketing) * Manage and grow the company's presence on social media **What We Are Looking For** * Proven experience in graphic design and branding (Adobe Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign or similar) * Portfolio showcasing visual identity work / logo creation * Knowledge of digital marketing and social media management * Sensitivity to the real estate and construction sector (preferred) * Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously * Initiative and results-oriented mindset **What We Offer** * Integration into a growing company with diverse and challenging projects * Collaborative work environment * Opportunity for professional growth **Applications:** Send your CV and portfolio to cityprojects@gmail.com Compensation: €1,000.00 \- €1,400.00 per month Benefits: * Internet access * Meal card/ticket * Free parking * Flexible working hours * Company mobile phone Work Location: On-site
