Job Summary: The Junior Engineer will support the maintenance team in organizing and managing activities, promoting continuous improvement. Key Highlights: 1. Support preventive maintenance planning and asset management. 2. Optimize spare parts inventory and coordinate with external suppliers. 3. Promote continuous improvement and analyze maintenance KPIs. As a Junior Engineer, you will support the maintenance department in all organizational and management activities. * Support planning of preventive maintenance activities * Input data into maintenance management systems, keeping asset records and historical data up to date. * Monitor and optimize spare parts inventory, ensuring availability at minimal cost. * Support analysis of maintenance KPIs and prepare reliability reports for decision-making. * Manage attendance and scheduling * Coordinate with external suppliers for technical and specialized service contracts. * Promote continuous improvement * Bachelor's degree in Mechanical Engineering or related field * Experience in industrial maintenance environments is valued * Critical thinking * Flexibility * Planning and organizational skills * Ability to identify and resolve inefficiencies in processes Together, we build the future!
