Job Summary: We are seeking a motivated and curious Cegid Functional Consultant to perform analysis, configuration, and customization of the Cegid ERP system according to clients' needs. We are looking for a motivated, curious, and growth-oriented Cegid ERP Functional Consultant. If you seek challenges that allow you to make a difference, this is the right place for you! **Main Responsibilities:** * Analyze, configure, and customize the Cegid ERP system to meet client requirements and their respective industry sectors; * Actively participate in projects—from requirements gathering, through customer-specific project design, to implementation and continuous improvement; * Gather and specify requirements directly with clients; * Develop and implement Cegid solutions in areas such as Management, CRM, Accounting, Industry, and Quality; * Develop analyses, reports, and customizations meeting client needs; * Internally test and present new solutions; * Train end users; * Provide functional and technical support to users; **Requirements:** * Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Management, Economics, Management Information Systems, or related fields; * Over 3 years of professional experience in ERP software implementation and/or support; * Training and/or certification in Cegid (a plus); * Experience implementing ERP solutions, especially Cegid; * Ability to analyze and document business requirements; * Experience integrating systems; **The ideal profile to join the HES team:** * Customer orientation and problem-solving mindset; * Interest in and enthusiasm for technology and information systems; * Organizational, planning, and teamwork skills; * Autonomy and initiative; * Strong communication skills and critical thinking; **What we offer:** * Integration into one of the leading Cegid partners in Portugal; * Join a dynamic, collaborative, and innovation-oriented team; * Modern workplace with a multi-purpose leisure area equipped with a coffee machine, foosball table, and ping-pong table; * Health insurance; * Initial and continuous training; * Performance-based remuneration and professional development opportunities; **Additional Information:** Full-Time 09:00–18:00 Location of the position: Leiria Work mode: On-site **Apply at:** rh@hes.pt We guarantee full confidentiality in handling all applications.
