Job Summary: We are seeking a Store Manager to manage the store, team, and commercial objectives, ensuring excellence in customer service and sales optimization. Key Highlights: 1. Ensure the store's image and commercial objectives Part of the VNC Group—the largest Portuguese fashion retail group, operating over 150 stores nationwide and internationally—Vilanova is a brand developed and designed for a young, dynamic, and contemporary consumer. To support our continued growth, we aim to strengthen our team with a Store Manager (m/f). **Your daily responsibilities will include:** * Implement and ensure adherence to the customer service model, instilling in the team the importance of customer attention; * Use key store profitability analysis tools to support decision-making that enhances sales and ensures implementation of necessary actions; * Manage the store regarding its image, team, and commercial objectives, in accordance with internal guidelines; * Plan, organize, and monitor store operations; * Ensure appropriate recruitment, onboarding, integration, and training of new employees; * Manage and promote team members' development; **What We Value:** * Completion of secondary education (12th grade) or a Bachelor’s degree; * Minimum two years’ experience in similar roles; * User-level computer skills; * Experience in sales analysis and KPIs; * Leadership, team development, and management capabilities; * Strong communication and interpersonal relationship skills; * Customer orientation; * Flexibility regarding working hours.
