Independently or as part of a team, preparing opinions and projects with varying degrees of complexity, and carrying out other general or specialized support activities within common, instrumental, and operational areas of competence of agencies and services. Functions performed with technical responsibility and autonomy, albeit under qualified higher-level supervision. Representing the agency or service on matters within one's area of expertise, making technical decisions aligned with directives or higher-level guidance.
