Responsibilities - Receive, inspect, and store materials, equipment, and products in designated warehouse areas; - Monitor and maintain appropriate stock levels, replenishing as necessary; - Prepare and distribute materials and consumables to various departments or teams according to operational needs; - Record material inflows and outflows in computerized stock management systems; - Assist in organizing the warehouse, ensuring proper arrangement, cleanliness, and labeling of products; - Conduct periodic inventory counts and report discrepancies or stock shortages; - Ensure compliance with safety, hygiene, and quality standards in storage and handling of materials; - Collaborate with internal teams and support other logistics tasks as requested. Requirements - Prior experience in similar warehousing or stock management roles (preferred); - Strong organizational skills and attention to detail; - Ability to work effectively in a team and communicate clearly; - Autonomy and sense of responsibility; - Basic computer literacy (preferably familiarity with warehouse management systems or ERP); - Adaptability and dynamism; - Minimum of 9th-grade education; - Knowledge and understanding of ISO 22000 standard acquired through professional experience or vocational training; - Vocational training in food hygiene and safety, HACCP, security, and HALAL; - Forklift operator certificate (preferred).
