We are looking for **Production Operators** to strengthen our teams at our Amarante (Aboadela) manufacturing facility. **Main Responsibilities:** \- Assemble small components manually or using semi\-automatic machines; \- Verify the product's visual and dimensional conformity; \- Comply with commercial standards and internal regulations; \- Immediately inform the Team Leader of any event that may prevent timely product completion; \- Perform TPM according to the defined frequency; \- Promote ideas for continuous improvement. **Requirements for the Role:** \- Dexterity for manual tasks; \- Strong concentration ability; \- Attention to detail; \- Proactivity and dynamism; \- Ability to work in a team; \- Good interpersonal skills; \- **Availability for fixed shift: 10:00 PM to 6:00 AM or 12:00 AM to 8:00 AM (Monday to Friday).** Type of Position: Full-time Compensation: €920.00 – €1,000.00 per month Benefits: * Free parking Work Location: On-site
