A project in constant growth and expansion **Cook or Kitchen Assistant** RESPONSIBILITIES As part of the kitchen team, the selected professional will be primarily responsible for: \- Ensuring and guaranteeing product preparation and cooking while maintaining quality, aiming for optimal utilization and cost-efficiency of available raw materials, \- Preparing mise-en-place, \- Managing essential procedures required for high-quality operations, \- Complying with workplace hygiene and safety standards, \- Performing other tasks inherent to the role. CANDIDATE PROFILE \- Education, humility, and professional appearance; \- Passion for the Hospitality/Restaurant industry; \- Minimum academic qualification: 12th grade and/or vocational technical training; \- Minimum of 1 year of prior professional experience in similar roles (preferred); \- Excellent interpersonal skills and strong team spirit; \- Friendliness and enthusiasm for customer service; \- Ability to work under pressure; \- Dynamism, proactivity, and motivation; \- Sense of responsibility, organization, and commitment; \- Ambition and willingness to learn; \- Foreign language proficiency (spoken; preferred); \- Flexible availability (rotating shifts and weekends).
