A – 1 (one) Senior Technician position, within the Senior Technician career and category, in the field of Electrical Engineering, to perform the following duties in the Municipal Projects, Planning and Roads Services of the Municipal Projects and Planning Organizational Unit: Representing the agency or service on matters within their specialty, making technical decisions aligned with higher-level directives or guidelines; Preparing/analyzing electrical installation, ITED, and ITUR projects; Performing construction supervision and technical direction functions; Preparing technical opinions on installations and equipment, as well as preparing and supervising their construction, assembly, operation, maintenance, and repair; Performing routine administrative tasks (public lighting—faults, operating schedules, network extensions, luminaire replacements, etc.); Requesting deactivations for lighting, construction works, and events; Maintenance of public buildings (within the referenced specialties); Administrative coordination with external entities regarding licensing/approvals; Promoting energy efficiency—regarding public lighting and public buildings; Assuming technical responsibility for the operation of end-use electrical installations at transformer substations; Participating in public procurement procedures; Preparing tender documents, descriptive reports, and technical specifications for project competitions and/or construction contracts; Managing energy supply contracts; Performing any other duties assigned by law or higher-level orders. Ref.
