Below are a few duties you will be expected to do: * Ensure that all guests are greeted courteously and attentively in the working area. * Ensure the prompt and efficient service required by standards. * Take order from any food \& beverage outlet menus. * Ensure all mis\-en\-place for restaurant service is correctly prepared prior to opening hour of service. * Have a good knowledge of all outlet menus (food and wine) and F\&B day to day activities. * Recommend and promote items as directed by supervisor. * Knowledge on menu prices and suggesting upselling when necessary. * Ascertains guest satisfaction and ensure that all guest billing procedures are handled correctly, minimizing rebates during check out and bid guest farewell.
