If you enjoy public interaction, possess a commercial spirit, and wish to grow professionally, this opportunity is for you! **Main Responsibilities:** * Welcoming customers and providing personalized service; * Product presentation and sales, with focus on achieving and exceeding targets; * Recommending complementary products (cross-selling); * Organizing and restocking items in the store; * Ensuring proper store presentation (tidiness, visual merchandising); * Supporting stock management and inventory activities; * Participating in internal meetings and training sessions; * Ensuring a positive shopping experience, including after-sales service. **Requirements:** * Completion of 12th grade (preferred); * Prior experience in similar roles (valued); * Strong communication skills and empathy; * Enjoyment of public interaction and teamwork; * Availability for rotating shifts and Saturdays. **We Value:** * Experience in the DIY, ceramics, and sanitary ware sector. * Knowledge of sales techniques or customer service practices.
