Partnership development and team management The Commercial Representative reporting to Management will be responsible for: Assisting in managing the company's daily operations Supporting insurance brokerage processes Supporting credit intermediation processes Assisting in real estate brokerage activities of another group company Developing partnerships with companies Managing clients and tracking commercial objectives Organizing digital marketing campaigns Preparing reports and monitoring performance indicators Requirements: Insurance Broker Certification (Life and Non-Life) Credit Intermediary Certification (Mortgage and Consumer Credit) Higher education degree Valid driver's license Excellent commercial and communication skills Leadership spirit, organizational ability, and results orientation Preferred Qualifications: Experience in banking, insurance, or real estate Knowledge of digital marketing Ability to build and lead teams Opportunity for advancement to commercial management Compensation: €1,000.00 – €2,000.00 per month Work Location: On-site
