Job Summary: Responsible for equipment implementation and maintenance for the Process Research, Development and Innovation Department. Key Highlights: 1. Provide technical support in defining and implementing solutions We are recruiting an Equipment Implementation and Maintenance Responsible for the Process Research, Development and Innovation Department. **Requirements:** * Bachelor's degree in Electrical Engineering, Electromechanical Engineering, Mechanical Engineering or related field; * Minimum 3 years of experience in a similar role within a medium- or large-scale industrial environment; * Knowledge of industrial electronics, general electricity, hydraulics, pneumatics, automation, and technical drawing; * Experience working with machine tools; * Familiarity with CAD/CAM systems. **Responsibilities:** * Manage the equipment implementation and maintenance team, promoting the development of technical and behavioral competencies; * Plan, coordinate and supervise industrial equipment maintenance activities; * Ensure technical implementation and improvement of industrial equipment; * Guarantee technical compliance and traceability of interventions; * Analyze equipment performance and reliability indicators; * Coordinate planning and prioritization of interventions; * Provide technical support to other departments in defining and implementing technical solutions; * Propose and monitor investments and improvement projects; * Ensure compliance with Quality, Environment, and Safety requirements and procedures. **Work Location:** Serpins (Lousã)
