Opportunity for growth and Human-First culture #### **Store: Coimbra** #### **Your Day-to-Day** * Deliver proactive, personalized, and mobile customer service, building the foundation for a relationship of trust that ensures the loyalty of the Resident Customer; * Take responsibility for selling solutions to the Customer, anticipating and accurately identifying the needs of the Resident Customer, and supporting them in selecting the best solution (product + add-ons + service) to meet their needs; * Possess in-depth knowledge of the product range in your department and its complementary offerings, conveying confidence and professionalism to the Resident Customer; * Ensure Clean, Zoned, and Safe presentation of your linear space, striving for an attractive product display on shelves/podiums, as well as all educational materials and informational zoning elements of the department (labels and pricing); * Contribute to maintaining high stock quality in your department by implementing necessary action plans to address AVS items, non-living items, excess stock, and visual stockouts, ensuring smooth communication with the Store Logistics team; * Proactively conduct self-audits of the aisle(s) under your responsibility, promoting cleanliness of displays, linear spaces, aisles, and advisory points; * Support complaint management, SPV processes, and returns. #### **Who We Are Looking For** * Educational qualification equivalent to 12th grade or Technical Professional Course; * 1 to 2 years of experience as a sales associate; * Good user-level computer skills; * Strong interpersonal and teamwork skills; * Excellent communication skills, strong business and results orientation; * Initiative, critical thinking, and entrepreneurial spirit; * Passion for customers and their needs; * Interest in technical products and their application; #### **What We Offer** * Integration into a multinational company offering a competitive salary and variable compensation, tailored to your experience and qualifications; * Benefits and partnerships with over 200 brands; * Initial training for integration into the company and role; * Well-being policies, including up to 30 annual leave days; * Employee referral program with incentives for each recommended candidate successfully integrated into the team; * Flexible working policy; * Meal benefits, including soup, fresh fruit, bread, butter, cereals, milk, and yogurts; * 10% discount at Leroy Merlin stores; * Health and life insurance; * 1 day of corporate volunteering. #### **About Us** Leroy Merlin is a market-leading company in DIY, construction, decoration, and gardening, with a strong presence in Portugal.
