Opportunity for internal career progression O Símbolo Didático is expanding its Pedagogical Coordination team to support the growth of our work in Certified Modular Training – Pessoas 2030\. We seek a dynamic, organized, and highly responsible professional who wishes to join an expanding team and contribute to further elevating the quality of our training projects. Main Responsibilities: Pedagogical management and supervision of modular training programs (Pessoas 2030\) Support for trainers and trainees throughout the entire training cycle Verification and organization of pedagogical documentation Planning, scheduling, and monitoring of training groups Coordination with partner entities and internal teams Requirements: Higher education degree (preferably in Education, Training Management, Social Sciences, or related fields) Experience in pedagogical coordination or training management (preferred) Knowledge of requirements for publicly funded modular training \- minimum 1 year (preferred) Excellent communication, organizational, and autonomy skills Proficiency in training tools such as SIGO, MOODLE, and ZOOM We Offer: Integration into a young, motivated, and growing team Participation in a national project with strong training impact Opportunity for internal career progression Competitive remuneration commensurate with the role and experience How to Apply?
