BSA - Business Solutions for All, a specialist Human Resources company, is recruiting for direct integration into a prestigious client: **Project Manager - Rehabilitation (m/f)** **RESPONSIBILITIES** * Technical and thorough coordination of construction projects, from initial preparation to execution and completion; * Monitoring and management of building and structural rehabilitation projects (excluding new construction); * Planning and control of deadlines and cost parameters; * Management of resources and teams (labor, equipment, materials, and subcontractors); * Managing relationships with various stakeholders and entities; * Other duties inherent to the position. **PROFILE** * Bachelor's degree in Civil Engineering; * Minimum 2 years of experience in building and structural rehabilitation projects (excluding new construction); * Availability for nationwide travel (covered by the client); * Planning, management, organizational, and problem-solving skills; * Proficiency in computer tools; * Responsibility, autonomy, and proactivity; * Ability to establish good interpersonal relationships; * Valid driver's license; * Immediate availability or within 15 days - mandatory. **CONDITIONS** * Direct contract with end client; * Integration into a dynamic team within a growing company; * Base salary commensurate with experience; * Company car + mobile phone + laptop.
