Join a team driven by purpose, innovation, ethics, and sustainability. **Together, we care better.** **Your role at Medinfar** As a *Tech Transfer Technician*, you will be responsible for ensuring that product transfer to the industrial unit proceeds successfully and culminates in large-scale production, guaranteeing efficiency, regulatory compliance, and final product quality. **How will you make a difference?** * **Project Planning and Management:** Develop detailed project plans for tech transfers and related activities, ensuring deadlines, resources, and objectives are met. * **On-Time Execution:** Supervise task execution, ensuring timely completion according to established deadlines. * **Cross-Functional Team Collaboration and Coordination:** Coordinate and collaborate with multifunctional teams at the production unit to execute tasks effectively and achieve shared goals. * **Lead Meetings:** Prepare and lead periodic meetings with clients to discuss project progress, risks, and key decisions. * **Risk Identification and Mitigation:** Proactively identify risks associated with projects and develop strategies to mitigate them, ensuring smooth execution and high-quality outcomes. **What we’re looking for:** * Minimum 2 years’ experience in the pharmaceutical industry, preferably in project management. * Master’s degree in Pharmaceutical Sciences or Engineering, preferably Chemistry. * Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications (Microsoft Project and Excel). * Fluent English (mandatory) * Strong communication, interpersonal, and leadership skills. * Excellent organizational skills, ability to prioritize tasks, plan effectively, and focus on results. **Why Medinfar?** Because here you’ll find more than just a professional challenge.
