Our management team ensures empathetic and hands-on leadership, fostering superior engagement and technological delivery to our clients' projects and products. **Role** * Lead the technical design and architecture of new business solutions using the **Dynamics 365** ecosystem (preferably Customer Engagement/CRM) and the **Power Platform**. * Define the technical strategy, integration best practices, and data model, ensuring that the solution is robust, secure, and aligned with the client’s long-term vision. * Act as the technical focal point, guiding development teams and consultants throughout the design and implementation phases. * Collaborate with business *stakeholders* to translate functional and non\-functional requirements into detailed technical and architectural specifications. * Manage solution architecture, environments (Dev/QA/Prod), and application lifecycle (ALM) using tools such as Azure DevOps. * Develop proofs of concept (*Proof of Concepts \- POCs*) and prototypes to validate architectural and *design* decisions. **We are looking for** * Proven experience designing and implementing large\-scale solutions on **Microsoft Dynamics 365** (Sales, Service, Marketing, or Custom Apps). * Demonstrated experience in ***end\-to\-end*** **solution and architecture design** within the Dynamics/Power Platform ecosystem. * In\-depth expertise in components such as **Power Apps** (Model\-driven and Canvas), **Power Automate** (Flows), and **Dataverse**. * Strong knowledge and hands\-on experience with APIs, *Web Services*, and integration tools (e.g., Azure Logic Apps, Azure Functions) to connect Dynamics with other systems. * Experience with agile methodologies (Scrum/Kanban) and applying *best practices* in ALM (Application Lifecycle Management). * Excellent communication skills, technical leadership ability, and aptitude for presenting complex solutions to non\-technical audiences. **What you can discover with us?** * Be part of a growing tech start\-up * Diverse project scopes across different sectors * Fair and equitable compensation structure (Consultant Profile) * Training and certification opportunities * Professional career path management * Over 30 partnerships * Welvaart Ambassador Program **UNLEASH THE POWER OF YOUR CAREER** Employment type: Full\-time Salary: Up to €3,200.00 per month Benefits: * Meal card/Ticket * Health insurance
