**O\*** Research Centre \- ISISE\* of the **University of Coimbra** is seeking to select: **ADMINISTRATIVE TECHNICIAN (m/f)** **Functional Profile:** Reporting to the Management of the Research Centre \- ISISE, from the Department of Civil Engineering at the Faculty of Science and Technology of the University of Coimbra, your main duties and responsibilities will include: **Responsibilities:** * Support in preparing calls for grants and competitions for the Unit * Maintenance and updating of internal database platforms * Conduct researcher and grant holder onboarding (logistically and administratively) * Ensure support in organizing travel, meetings, and conferences * Perform administrative tasks such as agenda management and correspondence * Manage workspaces and workstations * Coordinate with external entities for maintenance and purchasing of office supplies * Provide general support to Members and Visitors of the Unit **Candidate Requirements and Competencies:** * Recently graduated in Public Administration, Secretarial Studies, or similar field (preferable).
