Ideal Candidate Profile: * Excellent communication and interpersonal relationship skills; * Commercial mindset, dynamic attitude, and results-oriented; * Fluency in English (mandatory); * Organized, responsible, and proactive; * Ability to build relationships and manage client contacts; * Capability to qualify and follow up on leads; * Interest in interior design, kitchens, and customized projects; * Familiarity with digital tools and social media (valued); * Prior sales experience is valued but not required. Responsibilities: * Contact potential clients and qualify opportunities; * Perform lead and information request follow-up; * Schedule meetings for the sales team; * Support clients during the initial stage of the process; * Assist in customer acquisition and commercial development strategies; * Collaborate closely with the design and sales teams.
