We are seeking a dedicated and technically skilled Installation, **Field Service Engineer** to join our team supporting Rapiscan’s advanced X\-ray and Trace product lines at Lisbon airport. This is a hands\-on role focused on ensuring the optimal performance, reliability, and safety of our screening systems. Responsibilities: **Responsibilities*** Install, commission, and provide ongoing service support for Rapiscan X\-ray systems. * Perform preventive and corrective maintenance on\-site, adhering to technical procedures and standards. * Respond to all callouts and work within a shift pattern to ensure continuous customer support. * Complete service documentation accurately and promptly, including service and non\-conformance reports. * Maintain traceability of spare parts and contribute to accurate stock management. * Act as the on\-site representative of Rapiscan, building strong, trust\-based relationships with customers. * Collaborate with IT Specialists and PLC Engineers to learn server setup and system integration. * Ensure systems are consistently accurate, optimized, and compliant with operational standards. * Participate in departmental projects and ad\-hoc duties as required.
