We are looking for an **Electrical Supervisor** to join a major project in **Italy**, responsible for coordinating and supervising electrical activities on site, ensuring compliance with defined quality, safety, and planning standards. **Requirements*** ️ Key Responsibilities Coordinate activities of subcontractors and internal staff assigned to electrical tasks. Supervise the correct execution of low- and medium-voltage electrical installations according to drawings, technical specifications, and applicable procedures. Verify proper installation of conduits, cable pathways, cabling, electrical panels, equipment, and other components of electrical installations. Monitor progress of electrical activities and report deviations, incidents, or identified needs. Collaborate with Quality, Health & Safety, Environment, and other departments involved in the project. Verify compliance with work procedures, technical specifications, and applicable quality requirements. Ensure compliance with Occupational Health and Safety regulations during electrical activities. Ensure proper use of Personal Protective Equipment (PPE) and Collective Protective Equipment (CPE) by workers under supervision. Participate in inspections, verifications, tests, and commissioning activities whenever requested. Prepare or assist in preparing reports, records, and documentation related to responsibilities. Identify risks, incidents, and opportunities for improvement, promoting corrective and preventive actions where applicable. Maintain effective communication with the Electrical Site Coordinator and other project stakeholders. Contribute to continuous improvement through optimization of processes, resources, and working methods. ✅ Requirements * Minimum of **5 years** of experience in projects involving electrical installations. * Professional qualification in Electricity, Electronics, Electrotechnics, or related fields. * ️ Experience in **renewable energy** projects—especially **photovoltaic plants**—will be valued. Solid knowledge of **low- and medium-voltage** installations. ️ Experience in cable laying and installation in trenches, conduits, and cable pathways. * ️ Knowledge of assembly and connection of electrical panels. Experience in splicing, termination, and low- and medium-voltage electrical connections. Ability to perform electrical testing, measurements, and fault detection. Knowledge of insulation, continuity, and general electrical testing. Ability to interpret drawings, electrical schematics, and technical documentation.
