Focus on excellence, reliability, and anomaly detection ### **Job Description and Responsibilities** Job Mission To be responsible for ensuring O\&M operational intelligence by developing processes, analyzing data, and implementing technologies that guarantee maximum operational efficiency. This role is analytical and strategic, not directly involved in frontline field operations, but instead providing tools, information, and governance to enable operations to deliver excellence and reliability. Ensure detection of anomalies and deviations from normal plant operation, and prepare/report contractual KPIs. Responsibilities Ensure proper functioning of plants and their components via monitoring systems, guaranteeing the creation of service orders whenever any incident is detected (deviation from normal plant or component operation) Preparation/validation of reports containing indicators, narratives, and contractually established KPIs Develop and implement operational procedures, work instructions, and standardized routines. Ensure effective use of systems and technologies (e.g., SMMS Sismetro) for service order management, performance tracking, and indicator monitoring. Conduct operational and financial data analyses, transforming\-them into strategic insights for decision-making. Support management and field teams with performance, availability, and efficiency reports. Monitor compliance with SLAs, KPIs, and governance indicators. ### **Required Profile** Detailed Activities Create and update dashboards and reports for operational and financial performance. Define routines for data collection, processing, and analysis from operations. Lead automation, digitalization, and process standardization projects. Periodically review technical and administrative procedures, proposing improvements. Support management in developing expansion and efficiency strategies based on data. Internal and External Relationships Internal: Head of O\&M, Maintenance Engineering, Administration/Procurement, Commercial, Occupational Safety, Contract Management External: Clients, technology suppliers, consulting firms, and strategic partners related to digitalization and data.
