We want you to bring: * Completed secondary education (12th grade) * 1–2 years of professional experience, preferably in sales and customer-facing roles, including point-of-sale development activities * Valid Portuguese driving license (Category B) * Languages: Portuguese and English (English preferred for urban centers) * Basic MS Office proficiency (user-level Office skills) * Solid knowledge of sales management tools (preferred) * Digital competencies (proficiency/ease in handling computer software) * Analytical reasoning and mathematical aptitude * Strong communication and organizational skills * Dynamism and resilience * Possession of all legally required documents to work under an employment contract in Portugal at the time of application (exclusion criterion).
