YOUR ROLE Capgemini is looking for a **Associate** **Test Automation Engineer** to join our team in **Lisbon**! Your main responsibilities will be: * Support the development of technical and commercial proposals in the automation field; * Act as a tech lead in the definition and implementation of testing frameworks; * Serve as a technical mentor for junior profiles, promoting best practices and continuous improvement; * Actively contribute to the evolution of the automation offering, aligning it with market and client needs. YOUR PROFILE* At least 1 years of experience in **automated testing** (e.g., Selenium, Cypress, Appian, Playwright,Katalon etc.); * Experience in **CI/CD**, test integration in pipelines, and reusable frameworks; * Technical leadership and team guidance skills; * **Strategic vision and ability to collaborate with commercial and product areas**; * Ability to think in terms of algorithms, logic, and architecture is valued, with adaptability to different tech stacks; * **Availability to work in Lisbon**; * Embody Capgemini’s values of Boldness, Trust, and Team Spirit, promoting collaboration, proactive problem\-solving, and high\-quality software delivery.
