




We are recruiting a Process Manager – Authorizations to join a leading company in health insurance management. Your responsibilities will include: - Contractual analysis of processes related to the issuance of pre-authorizations and responsibility statements; - Proper preparation of files for subsequent clinical review, as well as entering relevant review information into the IT system while maintaining the process history; - Making necessary contacts to resolve cases, redirecting them whenever they fall outside the scope of this role’s responsibilities; - Drafting response letters (e.g., responsibility statements, rejection letters) and sending them to Clients and Providers. Requirements: - Completion of 12 years of schooling; - Prior experience in the healthcare sector (preferred); - Experience in back-office/front-office roles within healthcare facilities; - Experience with billing, pre-authorizations, and responsibility statements; - Proficiency in computer use from an end-user perspective; - Immediate availability for a schedule from 09:00 to 18:00, Monday through Friday. What we offer: - Base salary: €920; - Meal allowance: €10.20.
