We value technical excellence, close collaboration with our teams, and the continuous growth of our talents. ##### ##### **Responsibilities** * Analyze functional and technical requirements to ensure adequate test coverage. * Design and execute manual functional tests to validate new features and fixes. * Validate data in relational databases using complex SQL queries. * Identify, report, and track defects, working closely with development teams. * Document test plans, test cases, and test execution results. * Participate in team meetings (sprints, dailies) and contribute to continuous quality improvement. * Support integration, regression, and UAT (User Acceptance Testing). ##### ##### **Requirements** * Proven experience in manual functional testing within complex environments. * Proficiency in SQL: ability to write and interpret complex queries, perform data validations, joins, subqueries, etc. * Experience with test management tools (e.g., JIRA, TestRail, Zephyr or similar). * Knowledge of Agile methodologies (Scrum, Kanban). * Strong analytical skills and attention to detail. * Good command of technical English. ##### ##### **Competencies** * Experience in banking, insurance, or telecommunications environments. * Knowledge of ETL / Data Warehouse testing. * Familiarity with test automation concepts (even if non-executing). * Experience with reporting tools (Power BI, Tableau, etc.). * ISTQB certification (Foundation level or higher). ##### ##### **What We Offer** * Involvement in large-scale, high-impact projects. * A close-knit and engaged technical team. * Flexible working hours and remote work options. * Continuous training and certification opportunities. * A culture of meritocracy, innovation, and professional recognition.
