We value technical excellence, close collaboration with our teams, and the continuous growth of our talents. ##### ##### **Responsibilities** * Develop modern, scalable, and high-performance web interfaces using React.js and other frontend technologies. * Collaborate closely with backend, UI/UX design, and product teams to ensure the best user experience. * Write clean, reusable, and well-documented code, adhering to software development best practices and security standards. * Participate in code reviews and contribute to the continuous improvement of development processes. * Conduct testing (unit and integration tests) and support automation and monitoring of interfaces. * Attend sprint planning meetings, daily stand-ups, and other agile ceremonies. * Contribute to selecting frameworks, libraries, and methodologies best suited to project challenges. ##### ##### **Requirements** * Proven experience developing with React.js (hooks, Context API, Redux or similar). * Solid knowledge of JavaScript (ES6+), HTML5, and CSS3 / SASS / Styled Components. * Experience with build and version control tools such as Webpack, Babel, and Git. * Familiarity with REST APIs and/or GraphQL. * Experience with frontend testing (Jest, React Testing Library or similar). * Strong communication skills and ability to work effectively in a team. * Good command of technical English. ##### ##### **Competencies** * Experience with UI frameworks (Material-UI, Ant Design, Tailwind, etc.). * Knowledge of web accessibility (WCAG) and performance optimization (Lighthouse, etc.). * Experience with agile methodologies (Scrum, Kanban). * Knowledge of CI/CD and tools such as Jenkins, GitLab CI or similar. * Prior experience working on international projects. ##### ##### **What We Offer** * Challenging projects with market-leading companies. * Multidisciplinary teams and a collaborative environment. * Flexible working hours and the possibility of remote work. * Continuous training and a professional development plan. * A culture built on closeness, transparency, and talent appreciation.
