We are looking for a BI Developer to join our Data & AI team. What will your day-to-day look like at Glintt Next? * Analyze and understand data and business needs to create reports. * Develop, optimize, and maintain dashboards, reports, and semantic models (Power BI or similar tools), ensuring clarity, performance, and reliability of information. * Conduct data analysis and support the business with insights, metrics, and KPI tracking. * Collaborate closely with business stakeholders to understand analytical requirements and translate them into data solutions. * Define, consolidate, and optimize metrics (modeling, calculations, and indicator consistency). * Write and optimize SQL queries for data exploration, ad-hoc analysis, and decision support. * Collaborate with the Data team on platform evolution and scaling, including integration with Azure/Databricks components. * Support business users in interpreting data and insights, fostering a data-driven culture. * Contribute to the evolution of BI and Analytics platforms by exploring new features and best practices. What do we think you need? * Bachelor’s degree in Computer Engineering, Information Systems, or equivalent; * Minimum of 3 years’ experience in Business Intelligence, Data Analysis, or similar roles; * Solid experience with Power BI for dashboard development, data modeling, DAX, and performance optimization; * Experience with BI/Reporting tools focused on end-user delivery; * Strong database and SQL knowledge, with understanding of Data Warehousing concepts; * Familiarity with ETL/ELT processes and data integration/transformation concepts, ensuring consistency and quality for BI consumption; * Experience in Data Warehousing projects or Business Intelligence platforms, with emphasis on scalability and data quality; * Ability to translate business requirements into clear metrics and indicators; * Strong communication and interpersonal skills when engaging with both technical and non-technical stakeholders; * Passion for working with data and generating real business impact through actionable insights. * Experience in cloud environments and integration with modern data platforms (preferred); * Advanced English and Spanish proficiency (preferred).
