Opportunity to manage strategic projects and optimize operations Delnext is looking for a Project \& Procurement Manager to join the Operations team and support company growth through the implementation of new projects, identification of strategic partners, and continuous improvement of logistics operations. We seek an analytical, results-driven professional with strong negotiation skills, capable of autonomously managing projects and contributing to increased operational efficiency. ROLE Coordinate and oversee the implementation of the company's new strategic projects; Identify, analyze, and negotiate with potential national and international partners; Manage procurement processes, ensuring optimal commercial and operational terms; Support the operations team in analyzing, monitoring, and optimizing logistics processes; Collaborate with various departments to ensure efficient project execution; Ensure adherence to deadlines, goals, and requirements defined for each initiative. REQUIREMENTS Bachelor’s degree in Management, Engineering, Logistics, Economics, or related field (preferred); Professional experience in project management, procurement, operations, or equivalent roles; Excellent proficiency in Microsoft Excel and knowledge of Power BI (valued but not mandatory); Strong analytical capability and ease in interpreting data and KPIs; Good negotiation and partner/supplier relationship management skills; Organized, autonomous, and results-focused profile; Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously; Strong communication and interpersonal skills; English language proficiency will be considered an asset.
