Requirements Profile: \- Master’s degree in Pharmaceutical Sciences, with active registration at the Portuguese Pharmaceutical Society; \- Minimum of 3 years’ experience in community pharmacy, preferably in management roles; \- Leadership spirit and ability to motivate teams; \- Excellent communication skills and empathy with patients; \- Strong organizational and daily pharmacy management skills; \- Solid computer literacy and management knowledge.
