We are looking for a **Finance Manager** to assume a key role in consolidating and advancing the finance function. This is a **strategic and operational position**. You will work closely with senior management, leading the finance team on a day-to-day basis and actively contributing to decisions that impact the business.
**Key Responsibilities**
* Coordinate and develop the finance team, fostering autonomy, rigor, and technical growth;
* Ensure the quality, reliability, and consistency of financial information;
* Supervise accounting and periodic financial closings;
* Actively participate in budget definition, monitoring, and review;
* Ensure treasury management and compliance with internal procedures;
* Support audits and the annual financial statements process;
* Identify opportunities to improve processes, controls, and reporting;
* Support senior management in financial analysis and decision-making.
**What We’re Looking For**
* Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Accounting, Management, Economics, or a related field;
* Solid experience (minimum 5 years) in finance roles with increasing responsibility;
* Experience in team coordination or development;
* Strong proficiency in Excel and reporting tools;
* ERP experience (CentralGest is a plus);
* Good command of English;
* Analytical, structured, and results-oriented profile;
