Your Responsibilities: As an On Demand Client Services Executive, you’ll be the primary point of contact for brokers and clients, managing every aspect of their journey with precision and authority. Your responsibilities will include:* Handling high\-volume, time\-sensitive requests from brokers with speed and accuracy. * Maintaining oversight on all operational aspects of the flight, including permits, crew readiness, weather, and documentation. * Coordinating tailored services beyond the flight. * Taking control of fast\-moving situations, making confident decisions, and keeping stakeholders informed. * Building trust through clear, proactive, assertive, professional communication. * Collaborating across global teams to deliver flawless execution under pressure. Required Skills, Qualifications, and Experience: * Experience in client\-facing roles (aviation, hospitality, luxury services, or related industries). * A strong, confident communication style—able to lead conversations and push back when needed. * Ability to manage multiple systems and platforms in real time. * The ability to stay calm, accurate, and decisive under pressure. * A resilient mindset and passion for delivering exceptional service. * Flexibility to work shifts, as part of a 24/7 global operation.
