Job Summary: We are seeking an L&D professional to lead the training strategy, manage programs and platforms, and serve as an internal consultant on talent development. Key Highlights: 1. Opportunities for professional advancement RESPONSIBILITIES: Lead the development and execution of the Learning \& Development strategy Coordinate training programs in various formats (in-person, digital, and hybrid) Manage and optimize the e\-learning platform, monitoring learning metrics Create and update training content, including presentations, manuals, and workshops Organize employee engagement and team\-building initiatives Support onboarding processes, performance evaluations, and career development Ensure compliance with labor legislation and internal policies Analyze training metrics and propose improvements Serve as an internal consultant on talent development topics REQUIREMENTS: Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in HR, Psychology, Management, or related fields 3–5 years of experience in Learning \& Development or similar roles Experience in designing training and coordinating development programs Strategic, analytical, and planning capabilities Excellent communication, facilitation, and interpersonal skills Proactivity, results orientation, and collaboration Fluency in Portuguese and English (mandatory) Ability to influence across different organizational levels WE OFFER: Central role in the growth of an expanding international startup Ambitious, dynamic, and collaborative work environment Opportunities for professional advancement Benefits: discounts, health insurance, and gym membership On-site in Cacém – Sintra Employment Type: Full-time Work Location: On-site
