Job Summary: The Infrastructure and Facilities Manager ensures efficient management and maintenance of the company's physical infrastructure, promoting safety and operational efficiency. The Infrastructure and Facilities Manager ensures efficient management, maintenance, and operation of the company's entire physical infrastructure, promoting appropriate conditions of safety, preservation, and operational efficiency. FUNCTION: Ensure management of preventive and corrective maintenance for buildings, facilities, equipment, furniture, and technological assets, in collaboration with the IT team and external partners. Supervise the cleaning team, ensuring appropriate conditions of use, cleanliness, and organization of spaces. Control procurement, inventory, and stock levels of office supplies, consumables, equipment, and other resources required for operations. Coordinate suppliers and service providers, including budget analysis, contracting, and monitoring of service quality. Oversee construction and renovation projects, ensuring compliance with deadlines, cost constraints, and quality requirements. REQUIREMENTS: Higher education or professional qualification in Management, Engineering, Operations, or related fields. Minimum of 3 years’ experience in facilities, infrastructure, or related roles, preferably in an industrial environment. Skills in planning, organization, negotiation, problem-solving, and priority management. Responsible, autonomous profile with strong execution capability.
