**About us:** We are creating a next\-generation neobank that securely combines crypto, banking, and investments in a single platform. From multi\-currency accounts and seamless payments to digital assets, staking, and access to global markets, our mission is to empower individuals and businesses to manage money with confidence. With 75\+ experts across **Kyiv, Vilnius, Dubai, and Lisbon**, our team is dedicated to building a trusted bridge between traditional finance and the digital future. As part of our growth, we are opening a new office in **Lisbon**, which will serve as one of our key European hubs. **Day\-to\-day responsibilities:** * Provide first\- and second\-line technical support to internal employees, primarily supporting the **Lisbon office** (on\-site) and remote teams * Troubleshoot hardware, software, network, and access\-related issues * Manage user accounts, permissions, and access rights (email, VPN, internal systems, cloud tools * Support onboarding and offboarding processes, including local office setup and equipment provisioning * Maintain and update IT documentation, knowledge base, and internal guidelines * Monitor and resolve incidents via a ticketing system, ensuring SLA compliance * Coordinate with DevOps, Security, and Engineering teams to escalate and resolve complex issues * Support office IT infrastructure (workstations, peripherals, Wi\-Fi, printers, meeting rooms) * Assist with security best practices (MFA, device security, phishing awareness) * Participate in improving and automating internal IT processes **Requirements:** * 1–3 years of experience in Helpdesk / IT Support / Technical Support roles * Solid understanding of Windows and macOS operating systems * Experience with ticketing systems (Jira, Zendesk, Freshservice, or similar) * Basic understanding of networking (TCP/IP, DNS, VPN, Wi\-Fi) * Experience managing user access and devices (Google Workspace / Microsoft 365, Okta, Intune, Jamf, etc.) * Familiarity with cloud\-based tools and SaaS environments * Strong troubleshooting and problem\-solving skills * Good communication skills and customer\-oriented mindset * Ability to work independently and prioritize tasks in a fast\-paced startup environment * **Fluent English** for daily communication and documentation * **Willingness to work from the Lisbon office** (hybrid format possible) **Nice to have:** * Experience in fintech, crypto, or other regulated environments * Basic knowledge of information security principles * Scripting or automation experience (Bash, PowerShell, Python)
