Ongoing learning and professional development opportunities At Avis Budget Group we are currently looking for a Risk Administrator to join our Lisbon team and support insurance, claims, and risk\-related activities. **What You'll Do** * Manage and monitor insurance and damage recovery processes. * Coordinate accident claims with our external claims management partner (TPA). * Collect and review documentation from rental locations and insurers. * Investigate claims, determine liability, and support fraud detection activities. * Process customer incident reports and assist with customer queries and disputes. * Support the administration of fleet insurance policies and related reporting. * Work closely with Operations, Customer Service, Fleet, and Maintenance teams. * Prepare reports and contribute to process improvement and risk\-related projects. **What We're Looking For** * 3–5 years of experience in insurance, claims administration, risk, or a related field. * Good understanding of insurance policies and claims processes. * Strong administrative, analytical, and communication skills. * Intermediate Excel skills (including Pivot Tables). * Fluent Portuguese \& English. * Spanish and experience in the automotive, rental, or mobility sector are a plus. **Why Join Us?** * Permanent contract (39 hours per week, Monday to Friday). * Hybrid working model (2 days working from home). * Annual gross salary of €26000\. * Meal and transportation allowance. * Opportunity to join a global leader in the mobility industry. * International and multicultural work environment. * Ongoing learning and professional development opportunities. * Exposure to innovative projects and business transformation initiatives.
