You will be responsible to:: * Support the development and implementation of training programs for Quality Control teams. * Assist in the creation and update of training materials, work instructions, and learning content. * Collaborate with subject matter experts to identify training needs and learning opportunities. * Monitor training effectiveness and gather feedback for continuous improvement. * Support knowledge management initiatives and the standardization of training practices. * Participate in Quality Control activities to gain technical expertise and ensure training content reflects current practices. * Track training records and support compliance with GMP requirements. * Promote a culture of continuous learning and operational excellence. * Contribute to cross\-functional projects related to capability building and employee development. We are looking to recruit a Candidate:: * Bachelor´s or Master´s degree in Pharmaceutical Sciences, Chemistry, Chemical Engineering, Applied Chemistry, Analytical Chemistry, or a related scientific field. * Strong interest in training, coaching, teaching, or knowledge sharing. * Excellent communication and presentation skills. * Strong organizational skills and attention to detail. * Ability to explain technical concepts in a clear and engaging way. * Proactive mindset and willingness to learn. * Fluent in English. **Hovione is a proud Equal Opportunity Employer** Inclusion and diversity are key to us.
