As a **Python Developer**, you will contribute to the evolution of a large\-scale data platform used to industrialize quantitative models and data exploitation in a strategic, data\-driven environment. Build side: * Contribute to development in line with enterprise standards and architectural principles * Participate in technical design (functional \& technical specifications) * Define and implement software architecture in collaboration with architecture teams * Develop, optimize and industrialize Python applications and packages * Ensure high\-performance data processing (parallelization, distributed computing, optimization) * Write and maintain technical documentation * Promote best practices (Design Patterns, TDD, clean code, coding standards) Run side: * Participate in Scrum ceremonies and support Agile rituals within the squad * Manage sprint activities and help remove impediments * Support Product Owner and technical leadership * Ensure onboarding of newcomers within the team * Provide technical expertise and mentorship to developers * Contribute to continuous improvement and challenge technical/functional decisions * Ensure code quality, CI/CD integration and compliance with DevOps processes **This is your background** You have at least **5 years of experience** in enterprise software development and demanding DevOps environments.
