Mission: Responsible for reservations requested by customers, as well as monitoring and coordinating Groups and Events from the preparation and sending of proposals, through assisting them from check-in to check-out, ensuring maximum customer satisfaction. Main Responsibilities: * Determine the appropriate room types/services according to customer needs; * Negotiate and propose customized events tailored to Customers; * Communicate assertively with customers, always with a positive and dynamic attitude and a smile; * Check reservations daily: profiles, segmentation, packages, stay dates, prices, billing instructions and special requests; * Monitor hotel availability in the PMS; * Control rates on website and OTAs; * Organize, manage and process all received requests for changes and cancellations; * Check availability based on occupancy; * Ensure maximum Customer satisfaction; * Enter and confirm data and reservations into the system; * Use reservation procedures and SOPs in daily operations; * Convert phone calls and email inquiries into bookings; * Maximize revenue by effectively using Revenue tools; * Promote upselling; * Have thorough knowledge of various DHM group properties to promote cross-selling; * Help solve problems and handle complaints; * Ensure maximum Customer satisfaction; * Know how to listen to the customer; * Follow through the entire process from first contact until the end of the event; * Strategically and in detail plan the event/group stay; * Organize the event by priorities; * Accompany groups during their stay; * Help solve problems and manage complaints; * Control event expenses and finalize invoices; * Act assertively, proactively and quickly in urgent situations; * Promote excellent communication with all other hotel departments; * Ensure compliance with all event/group planning within established deadlines and details; * Request customer feedback at the end of the event; * Detail what went best and worst during the event regarding services provided, customer interaction, and hotel teams; Requirements: * High sense of responsibility and rigor - Commitment; * Be a salesperson; * Be organized, accurate, methodical and attentive to detail; * Strong time management skills and ability to meet deadlines; * Ability to work under pressure and respond promptly and assertively to immediate and urgent situations; * Strong analytical ability; * Good communication skills; * Customer orientation; * Dynamic and positive attitude; * Thorough understanding of DHM's DNA; * Knowledge of various DHM group properties; * Respect for the group's philosophy and vision; * Knowledge of daily Reservations SOPs; * Enjoy teamwork and mutual support; * Availability and flexibility in working hours; * Completed 12th grade and professional training in Hospitality; * +2 years of professional experience in a similar role; * Fluency in native language and English; knowledge of additional languages is an asset.
