Imagine yourself at BiG!** We are looking for a Python Developer to join the Automation \& Processes team. The goal is to develop automation solutions, data analysis tools, and internal services that directly impact the bank's operations. **Key Responsibilities:** * Develop applications, internal services, and automation scripts in Python; * Build and maintain **data pipelines**, including ETL, validation, and quality control; * Work with **data analysis** (exploration, metrics, visualizations) to support decision-making across bank departments; * Write clean, organized, and testable code, following software development best practices; * Implement monitoring and logging mechanisms to ensure solution stability and visibility; * Collaborate with business and IT teams to understand requirements and design simple, scalable solutions; * Participate in **code reviews**, continuous improvement, and technical documentation. ### **Minimum Requirements** **What we’re looking for:** * Solid hands-on experience with **Python** in application development, automation, or data analysis; * Proficiency in data manipulation and exploration using **pandas, NumPy**, or similar tools; * Strong knowledge of **SQL** and experience with relational databases; * Ability to structure and write **automated tests**; * Comfort with version control tools (e.g., Git); * Strong analytical skills, attention to detail, and passion for problem-solving; * Autonomy, curiosity, and eagerness to learn. **Nice-to-have (not mandatory — we value willingness to learn):** * Experience integrating services, automations, data processing, or internal APIs; * Knowledge of containerization, CI/CD, or modern development practices; * Experience with data visualization or analytical storytelling; * Experience with programming languages beyond Python; * Interest in topics such as intelligent automation, process improvement, and operational optimization. **What we offer:** * Integration into an experienced, collaborative, and results-oriented team; * Active participation in transformation projects; * Continuous training and real opportunities for professional growth; * A stimulating work environment where excellence is the standard. **At BiG, we evolve with everyone’s input.
