Summary: This role involves defining and designing architectural solutions, ensuring alignment with project requirements, and collaborating with stakeholders on architectural decisions. Engage in strategic-level architecture projects **Responsibilities** * Act in application and integration architecture challenges, ensuring the definition and design of architectural solutions. * Design and document solution architectures, ensuring alignment with functional and technical project requirements. * Represent the solution architecture throughout the project lifecycle, acting as a reference point for the involved teams. * Collaborate closely with different stakeholders, requiring strong communication skills to explain, defend, and align architectural decisions. **Requirements** * Up to **10–15 years of experience** in the role for the service to be contracted * Bachelor’s degree in Software Engineering, Computer Engineering, or similar * Excellent written and verbal communication skills * Ability to work in a collaborative environment with global teams * Strong analytical and problem\-solving skills * Commitment to delivery quality * Knowledge of the **Energy \& Utilities market** and **GDPR** * Knowledge of **Agile methodologies**, and tools such as **JIRA** and **Confluence** (valued) * Language skills (written and spoken): + English (mandatory) + Portuguese (valued) + Spanish (valued) * Advanced knowledge of **Enterprise Architecture practices** * Experience using **capability models** * Ability to produce **executive\-level presentations** * Autonomy to conduct **business workshops** * Ability to build **business cases** to support decisions at top management level * Experience in **strategic\-level architecture projects** **Additional Requirements** **Soft Skills** * Strong communication skills * Solution\-oriented mindset * Teamwork * Knowledge sharing **Hard Skills** * Knowledge of **Cloud Dev / SaaS applications** (with emphasis on **Microsoft Azure**) * Experience in **application integration**, promoting reuse of existing methods/processes **Deliverables** * Reference Architecture for a business area, including globally considered technologies * Definition of **Golden Rules** * Development of **GAP analysis** between existing solutions and the Reference Architecture * Definition of the **Transformation Roadmap** * Estimation of **financial impacts** **What can you expect from us?** Mind\-blowing workplace culture.
