**Mission**
Join the immunodermatology sales team in Portugal, reporting to the Sales Leader and ensuring implementation of the commercial strategy in the **North and Central zones**. **Roles and Responsibilities**
* Responsible for promoting biological medicines to hospitals within the specialties of Dermatology and Immunology-Allergology, as well as certain Pharmacy Services.
* Acquire, maintain up-to-date, and effectively communicate in-depth knowledge of therapeutic areas and assigned medicines to ensure business volume development in the territory and achievement of sales objectives.
* Develop thorough market knowledge, including competitors, accounts under responsibility, and other aspects related to the context of the North/Central region of Portugal.
* Ensure up-to-date customer segmentation and comply with visit frequency and territory coverage requirements, using all available tools, including CLM and VAE.
* Possess strong data analysis capabilities and the ability to develop, implement, and monitor specific action plans to sustainably achieve regional objectives, while providing strategic and competitive intelligence to Marketing, Sales, Medical Affairs, and Access teams.
* Demonstrate strong interpersonal skills, particularly in teamwork and in building high-quality, long-term relationships with stakeholders.
* Ensure full compliance with internal and external compliance guidelines.
**Academic Qualifications and Professional Experience**
* Bachelor’s degree or equivalent in Health Sciences is preferred but not mandatory.
* Prior experience as a sales representative, preferably in hospital pharmaceuticals.
* Experience in dermatology and/or Immunology-Allergology is also a preferred qualification.
* Experience launching new medicines in a hospital setting.
* Advanced computer skills (Office suite, CRM…) and good English proficiency.
